Ari Erfani, (PE, PMP, Ph.D.) is a multidisciplinary developer, builder, and licensed civil engineer with over two decades of global experience delivering

complex, high-value projects. With a background spanning real estate development, construction management, and geotechnical engineering, Ari offers a rare blend of technical depth and market insight that makes him an invaluable asset to luxury residential ventures.

Through his design-build and project management firm, Ari has led the development of new custom estates and extensive remodels in the San Francisco Bay Area—executing each with precision, architectural sensitivity, and a clear return on investment. His work is defined by hands-on leadership from entitlement through delivery, and by a reputation for solving challenges in di cult regulatory and site conditions.

Prior to his focus on luxury residential, Ari directed large-scale infrastructure and mixed-use projects across California and internationally, including subdivisions, coastal revitalizations, and complex utility networks. His ability to manage teams, align stakeholders, and deliver under pressure has earned him the trust of public agencies, institutional investors, and private developers alike.

Her technical expertise is backed by a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a minor in Sustainability from Santa Clara University, and professional certifications including PMP, LEED Green Associate, and Engineer in Training.

Known for her methodical approach, positive leadership, and ability to navigate challenging technical and regulatory environments, Katie has managed projects involving sensitive issues such as landfill relocation, contaminated soils, sea level rise mitigation, and high-profile entitlement processes.
