With over a decade of experience managing complex developments across the public and private sectors, Katie has led successful projects in commercial new construction, infrastructure, hotel and office tenant improvements, and civic facilities. Her technical expertise is backed by a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a minor in Sustainability from Santa Clara University, and professional certifications including PMP, LEED Green Associate, and Engineer in Training. Known for her methodical approach, positive leadership, and ability to navigate challenging technical and regulatory environments, Katie has managed projects involving sensitive issues such as landfill relocation, contaminated soils, sea level rise mitigation, and high-profile entitlement processes.
